HR Assistant

Job purpose summary:
Provide support to HR department across different fields (recruitment, payroll, T&D, Employee relations, etc…)

Education level:
BA in Human Resources – Master degree is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Follow up with applicants from the time of interview to offer/rejection emails
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries about benefits or other needs
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Support in designing new HR templates, forms, warnings, & KPI’s (making sure they are adjusted & up-to-date)
- Support new joiners with the orientation phase, ensuring they are equipped with all needed resources
- Follow up on scholarships, loans, NSSF declarations, & MoF documents
- Support with requested certificates & attestations (work, salary, scholarships, embassy, etc.)
- Filing department documents
