Data Entry & Operations Coordinator

Footwear Factory - Lebanon - Beirut
Needed for a footwear factory in Beirut.

As the Data Entry and Operations Coordinator at our footwear factory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate data management, as well as supporting operational processes. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and quality within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Data Entry and Management:**
- Input and maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and quality control metrics into the database systems.
- Regularly update and monitor data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

2. **Operational Support:**
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for optimization.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to production processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Generate regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and other key metrics for management review.
- Compile data and insights for decision-making, process improvements, and strategic planning.

4. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Serve as a central point of contact for operational inquiries, data requests, and information dissemination across departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth flow of materials and timely deliveries.
- Facilitate communication between production, quality assurance, and other relevant teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.

5. **Quality Control Support:**
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high product quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in conducting quality inspections, analyzing defect trends, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Document quality control procedures, deviations, and corrective actions taken for future reference and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, database management, or operations coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration and coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and inventory management is a plus
