Role Purpose

The Videography & Video Editing Intern is accountable to assist the photographer/videographer who captures, edits, and produces photos and videos for both internal and external purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with video shoots: Help set up equipment, manage lighting, and capture footage during shoots
Use editing software to create polished, professional-looking videos
Develop concepts for videos and create storyboards to guide the production process
Work with other members of the creative team to ensure that videos meet project goals and objectives
Help with tasks such as color correction, sound mixing, and adding special effects to videos
Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure that video projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Qualifications

0 to 1 years in the audiovisual, filmmaking and radio TV
Bachelor’s degree in audiovisual, Filmmaker or and Radio TV or related field; undergraduate student
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing software’s such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
• Basic knowledge of photography principles and techniques. Retouching skills are a plus
• Knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their specific video requirements and best practices
