We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dental Technician within our dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in dental prosthetics alongside excellent managerial and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the software, hardware, dental lab machinery and instruments.
• Develop policies, strategies, vision and goals.
• Provide strong leadership for the team to ensure the achievement of production targets.
• Set up KPIs to appraise staff performance.
• Attend training programs, locally and abroad.
• Learn new systems and work constantly to improve the skills and knowledge about the aligners Ortho systems and products.
• Give training to various staff provide leadership and guidance to his team.
• Handling and operating various dental software.
• To follow technical instructions.
• Dentists / Orthodontists follow up.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Dental Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Dental Technician, with expertise in a wide range of dental prosthetics.
• Strong managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in dental laboratories.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
