Accounting-Hr assistant

MDLC - Lebanon
Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
Support payroll processing and administration, including timekeeping, deductions, and record-keeping.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist with HR compliance activities and maintain knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounting and/or human resources roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
