A leading bakery chain in Lebanon is hiring an experienced Branch Manager at her branch in Bauchrieh.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the bakery branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
* Lead and motivate a team of up to 20 employees, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and profitability.
* Ensure high-quality products are produced and presented to meet customer expectations.
* Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and utilities.
* Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
* Collaborate with other branch managers to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the foodservice industry.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in Arabic and English
