Brand Manager

A reputable Multinational company in Beirut, Lebanon is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.


French is a must.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and increase brand awareness
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights
  3. Create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand loyalty and increase market share
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements
  6. Manage and maintain brand guidelines and standards
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, and provide insights to inform brand strategy
  8. Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand alignment and support new product launches
  9. Manage brand budgets and track expenses
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Strong project management skills
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  9. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
  10. Experience with market research and analysis
