WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· You will be leading the development and implementation of on-the-job training programs locally and globally, collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives and standards.

· You will be conducting the on-the-job assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps, collaborating with relative department heads to prioritize development initiatives.

· You will be developing and implementing customized on-the-job training materials and resources, leveraging real-world scenarios and practical applications to enhance learning outcomes.

· You will be facilitating on-the-job training sessions and workshops, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to promote skill mastery and performance excellence.

· You will be partnering with internal stakeholders to integrate on-the-job training initiatives into daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance standards.

· You will be monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of on-the-job training activities through observation, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

· You will be supporting the selection and development of on-the-job trainers, providing mentorship and resources to enhance their instructional capabilities and effectiveness.

· You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing, driving continuous learning and development across the organization.

· You will be championing a culture of learning and development, fostering engagement and accountability among team members to actively participate in on-the-job training initiatives.


REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs in a dynamic work environment.

· Proven ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences, adapting training approaches to accommodate varying learning styles and preferences.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced setting.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS) for content development and delivery.

· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages, with the ability to facilitate training sessions and communicate effectively across multicultural teams
