1- Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Analyze data to develop insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

2- Development:

  • Create engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

3- Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, develop and schedule content, and engage with the online community.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.

4- Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our services and products.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.

5- Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the team to provide marketing support and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, and external agencies to create marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with outsourced designers and agencies to convey marketing ideas visually.

6- Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify brand opportunities and develop brand positioning strategies.

7- Sales Messages:

  • Craft compelling sales messages tailored to target audience segments to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Develop sales messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

8- Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
