Sales Representative (North area)

Maintain sales productivity as per the Sales Fundamentals Guidelines to widen distribution by maintaining, within a store, the existing portfolio and introducing new lines and new categories
- Settle over-dues to maintain company’s cash-flow by ensuring collection as per the clients’ respective Business Development Agreements (BDA)
- Collect receivables on time to avoid invoicing discontinuity.
- Ensure that the available Stock Keeping Units (SKU) are well displayed as per provided planograms and fill an order for missing SKUs and report returns (Damaged or near to expire)
- Ensure that FEFO basis is well maintained at the client shelves and stock.
- Achieve pre-set sales targets to maintain and increase market share by executing the daily routing and the BDA and daily Customer visits as per set call cycle on-time in-full (OTIF)
- Plan all assigned daily duties by preparing the list of customers to be visited, objectives of the day, admin, etc.
- Apply the “Steps of the Call” during each visit as per the Sales Fundamentals Guidelines
- Develop proper relations and rapport with customers and maintain related satisfaction, through follow up on complaints, requests and order delivery within set deadlines
