Sales Representative

  • Call and schedule online consultations with potential patients who have unsold treatment plans.
  • Conduct daily video consultations with potential patients or customers to explain their treatment plans, elaborate on our treatment process, and negotiate the treatment cost to drive sales.
  • Respond promptly within an SLA to incoming potential customer queries via WhatsApp chats, phone calls, and emails.
  • Manage both outbound and inbound calls.
  • Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp communication with potential patients or customers daily to boost sales.
  • Escalate the requests of potential patients or customers considering treatment purchase to the orthodontists and treatment design teams to ensure a proper understanding of the patients' treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient and customer interactions and activities on our CRM.
  • Recognize and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses, and contribute to finding the best solutions to enhance our patient and customer journey.



Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Health Tech, dental background or experience in a high growth startup is a plus

Experience and Skills:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service 
  • Experience in dealing specifically with customers from the GCC, including KSA.
  • You are empathetic and customer-centric with excellent sales & communication skills
  • Proven record of overcoming targets
  • You have experience working with CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • You know how to effectively manage your tasks and time as you will be given full autonomy
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask
