Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand awareness and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
Content Creation:
Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, website updates, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for online materials .
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
Manage and optimize our website and online store for search engines to increase traffic and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales team to develop and promote special offers and new product launches.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, email marketing, and website traffic.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in the luxury furniture industry and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
Provide monthly reports with analysis and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
Customer Engagement:
Handle customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and promote events, both in-store and online, to engage with customers and drive sales.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or high-end retail sector.
Strong visual eye and experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong understanding of the latest social media trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail.
Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
Passion for interior design and high-end furniture
