Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a background in marketing to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of marketing principles. This role involves providing administrative support, assisting with marketing activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Assist with the preparation of meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and organizing meeting materials.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and clients as needed.
Marketing Assistance:
Support the marketing team with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
Help manage and update the company's website and social media profiles.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other company events.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, registration, and attendee communication.
Ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the company's standards for quality and professionalism.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Provide support to the marketing team in managing relationships with external vendors, clients, and partners.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably with a marketing background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
