we are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Kitchen Dispatcher.
Position: Kitchen Dispatcher
*Location: Sarba-Jounieh-Lebanon-CAK KITCHEN

*Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming food orders and delegate tasks to kitchen staff for timely preparation.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders to customers.
- Maintain clear communication channels between kitchen staff, management, and delivery personnel.
- Monitor order flow and prioritize tasks to optimize kitchen efficiency during peak hours.
- Keep accurate records of orders, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with general kitchen duties during slower periods as needed.

*Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a dispatch or kitchen environment is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
