Reception-Operator

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, the overall responsibility of Colortek's Operations and Administrative Assistant is to process all administrative and reception functions in a timely and sufficient manner.

Key Accountabilities:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering phone calls, screening and forwarding them to the relevant individuals.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and oversee HO functioning.
- Handling inquiries and providing information to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Provide administrative support by entering data, printing information, organizing work, answering phone calls and relaying messages.
- Support the HO department by duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.
- Organizing files and invoices related to accounting and legal and logistics departments.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- Must have High School Diploma or BA in related field.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Must be detail oriented, excellent communicator, highly organized and able to follow detailed instructions.
- Must be thorough with all administrative tasks
