Sales Representative - MEDICAL AND DENTAL EQUIPMENT

We are seeking several experienced and highly motivated Territory Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team to cover Beirut and Meten, Kesserwen regions in Lebanon.
As a Territory Sales Representative for Medical and/or Dental and/or Aesthetic Equipment, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by selling a range of high-quality medical and/or dental and/or aesthetic equipment to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, dietitians and dental practices in Lebanon.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, dental practices and medical clinics and healthcare facilities.
3- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
4- Present and demonstrate our medical and dental equipment, highlighting their features and benefits.
5- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
6- Provide expert product knowledge and technical information to potential and existing customers.
7- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
8- Identify opportunities for new product offerings or improvements to existing products.
9- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
10- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
11- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
12- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer profiles.
13- Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Scientific background, a Bachelor's in business administration or any relevant field is required.
* Applicants holding a degree in Biomedical Engineering or Dentistry or Medical Imaging are given preferential consideration.
* Sales experience in the medical field is CRUCIAL
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluency in English and Arabic.
* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
