Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Salesperson at Outlet Shop located in Beirut. As a Retail Salesperson, your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and processing sales transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking merchandise, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service (Is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with a team or without
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of products and trends in the retail industry (Is a plus)
Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset

Day To Day Tasks:
She should be able to shoot videos while talking
Convince customers to buy, upsell and cross-sell to
Post on social media, reply to comments and DM's
Handle online sales process and liaise with the delivery company
Handle the payment processes


Package:

We offer a basic salary of $500 + a great commission on targets
