Administrative Assistant

A well-known Electro-Mechanical Contracting Company located in Ashrafieh - Rmeil, ARCAN Sarl, is seeking for an administrative assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests.
- Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Issuing invoices, receipts, work certificates and bank letters.
- Support the Sales department by preparing Quotation and handling correspondence between Clients and Sales.
- Support the Procurement department by placing Purchase Orders.

Requirements & Personal Characteristics:

- 3 years of experience.
- Good Communication skills in English, French and Arabic (Read/Write/Spoken).
- Customer Oriented with positive attitude.
- Excellent Organizing skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office (Word /Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
- Excellent working knowledge of Telephone systems.
- Work under pressure with lots of interruptions
