"Local Host" company, an affiliate company to Airbnb in Lebanon, provides all size apartments (about 400 apartments) for short/long term rental in Beirut, Batroun & Mount Lebanon. "Local Host" is the biggest rental apartments provider in Lebanon.

Job Description
The Air Conditioning Technician will be related to the maintenance department, and will be handling all Air Conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting & reparation & installation required tasks within the owned/rented apartments in Beirut and surrounding area.

Working Hours

There are 2 shifts to be covered:
AM Shift: From 10:00 to 18:00
PM Shift: From 14:00 to 22:00
The above shifts will be equally distributed between working technicians during weekdays.

Qualifications
The candidate should have TS diploma in Air Conditioning major, at least 2 years of experience in Air Conditioning installation, troubleshooting, maintenance & preventive maintenance
