Job Description:
As a Junior Accountant at Mets Energy, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position is ideal for an individual residing near the Bchamoun area who is eager to grow their accounting skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
