Job Title: Lab Technician

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Skills Required:
Proficient in English and computer literacy
Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Knowledge of ISO 22000 standards
Training in quality testing implementation
Familiarity with laboratory equipment operation
Calm demeanor and ability to work under pressure
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Collaborative team player
Fast learner with a passion for the work

Responsibilities:
Analyze raw materials to assess their suitability for use in the facility
Ensure calibration of laboratory devices and electronic tools, adjusting as necessary
Supervise technical apparatus in the laboratory
Research, test, and apply color formulas as required
Collect and analyze data for laboratory monitoring
Participate in product research and development activities
Conduct verification processes within the laboratory
Adhere to quality and safety standards, including those set by industry associations and unions
Ensure compliance with ISO standards

Working Hours:

Flexible shift rotation required (including evenings and weekends)
Standard shifts: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
