Secretary

A reputable publishing house is looking for a Secretary with excellent background in secretarial and computer skills, perfect in English (French is a Plus) with 3 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general activities.
- Maintaining appropriate filing systems.
- organize work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience as Secretary will be a plus
