Job Description:


Ghadi Community School is seeking a passionate and experienced English Native Speaker Language Instructor to join our language learning program. As an English Native Speaker Language Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of all levels, ranging from beginners to advanced learners. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a strong command of the language and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons that meet the needs and objectives of students.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Create and adapt instructional materials, activities, and assessments to cater to the diverse learning styles and preferences of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to participate actively in class.
- Monitor student progress and performance, and track attendance and participation to ensure academic success and program completion.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to coordinate curriculum development, assessment practices, and program evaluation.
- Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching, pedagogy, and technology-enhanced learning tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Native English speaker with excellent proficiency in English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- TESOL/TEFL certification or relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language to diverse student populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds
