Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to the sales team
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
