Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
Manage office supplies and equipment, and order as necessary.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
