Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for cold callers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in the fields of real estate, solar, and roofing. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. This is a full-time remote position based in Lebanon.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top cold callers in the real estate, solar, and roofing sectors.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in recruiting for sales roles, particularly in real estate, solar, or roofing industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
