We are seeking highly motivated and experienced cold callers to join our sales team, focusing on outbound lead generation for our real estate, solar, and roofing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a full-time remote position based in Lebanon, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow with a supportive and energetic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate, solar, and roofing sectors
  • Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with potential leads
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of our products/services in the real estate, solar, and roofing industries


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in real estate, solar, or roofing industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Fluent in English
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
