Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Spot Design by Nizameddine located in Jnah. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for communication with customers and staff, as well as managing the store's overall performance and profitability.

• Experience in managing inventory and implementing retail strategies
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent sales skills on retail and wholesale level.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Knowledge of curtains, embroidery, upholstery fabrics is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
