1. Answer phone calls & reply to e-mails.
2. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
3. Prepare communication material; such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence.
4. Book travel arrangements.
5. Visas applications.
6. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
7. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc..
8. Event planning – seminars, hotel reservation, inviting attendees, …
9. Trademark Registration.
10. Social Media Management (answer customers' inquiries, prepare and coordinate with social
media team on content,)
11. Websites Management (items, logos,)
12. Recruitment (Job Posting, CV Selection)
13. Attendance and vacations.
14. Maintain both hard and digital copies of existing and new employees' records.
15. CNSS Documents (new employee registration, leave, newborn, etc…).
16. Car Insurance and fuel refill, speed tickets.
17. Assist Operations sales, and accounting departments when needed.
18. Coordinate with our outsourced companies for technical issues, contract renewals and
maintenance (ICC, Born for Energy, Telepower, Delta…).
19. General requests on a daily basis
