Job Description:

Brands and Beyond is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Store Manager for our Hazmieh Branch. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in all operational aspects, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily store operations.
Support in achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Supervise and train store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Implement company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
