Job Scope:
The Graphic Design Senior Officer is responsible for producing visual solutions to the group's communication needs, utilizing a mix of creative skills and production awareness. He / She needs imaginative, flair, awareness of current trends in the visual arts and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which that can impact on the required designs. Working closely with the other members of the team, the job holder is responsible for the development and execution of the required communication projects, to raise the awareness within Lebanon and the overseas group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as guardian of company's brand identity, ensuring consistent application across all designs and platforms.
· Lead continuous development and discussions on identity and brand evolution.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
· Report to the Marcom Director, leading and developing effective communication and media related graphic projects.
· Manage graphic work in coordination with the marcom team, overseeing deliveries and follow-ups.
· Lead the graphic team in delivering print and electronic materials for promoting the company and its activities.
· Encourage creative and collaborative work within the brand visibility team, providing leadership and design advice.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
· Implement graphic designs from concept to production, with briefs/guidance from the team and marcom director.
· Oversee production of all marcom department material and corporate materials.
· Prepare visual concepts for projects, as well as complete artworks for print production.
· Assist advertising agency in preparing campaigns within group corporate identity guidelines.
· Art direct freelance graphic designers to ensure projects clarity, execution, and deadline adherence.
· Advise external promoters/sponsors on correct and consistent use of corporate identity.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
· Undertake any other graphic-related duties as assigned.

Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
- MBA is a plus

Experience:
- From 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in reputable Advertising Agencies is required
