Job brief
• As a mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, testing, and site inspections, as well as assessing project requirements and make sure that everything is according to the customer’s needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
PROJECT DRAWING:

 Preparing technical drawings and specifications for mechanical systems to ensure that their installation and operation conform to specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements
 Performing VAC designs, selection, and shop-drawings for multiple projects using Autodesk AutoCAD
 Planning the placement of pipe work, ducts, and control panels
 Calculating the exact cooling load using HAP, hourly analysis program
 Calculating the exact ventilation flow needed according to ASHRAE standards
 Executing detailed fans selection and output diagram using YILIDA selection software.
 Tendering and pricing projects: preparing breakdowns-bill of quantities and cost estimation

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

 Performing site inspections in order to prepare VAC proposals and follow-up
 Performing quality check to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
 Troubleshooting errors that may occur to DX or VRV systems
 Executing detailed VRV systems selection and output using updated VRV selection software provided by GREE China.

FOLLOW-UP:
 Following-up with the technicians regarding the progress of on-going designed VAC project.
 Conducting meetings and follow-up with the Architects and Interior Designers in order to coordinate the final drawings.
 Providing technical advice to our clients through phone or at the office when needed

Qualifications:
 Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Masters’ is a plus
 Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
 Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, Autodesk and AutoCAD programs, microsoft office skills
 Excellent communication skills.
 Ability to work independently or as a part of team and under pressure to complete projects within required timeframe
 Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
 Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
