Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Performing regular preventative maintenance and technical inspections and repairs for elevator equipment and systems.
• Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
• Monitoring equipment for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical system failures.

Skills:
• Attention to details.
• Time Management.

Related Experience:
• One year of experience, or Fresh Graduate.

Education:
• Technical Degree in Mechanical/Electrical.

Abilities:
• Oral & Written Comprehension: the ability to listen to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and in writing.
• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
