Oversee all aspects of printing projects, from pre-press (file prep, design review) to press (printing) and post-press (finishing, binding)
- Manage a team of printing press operators, prepress technicians, and bindery workers
- Schedule printing jobs and allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process
- Maintain accurate production records and track project progress
- Manage printing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Source and negotiate with vendors for materials and services
- Coordinate with graphic designers and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest printing technologies and equipment
