*Act as the first point of contact for all company touch points with clients.
* Manage incoming requests from clients, consolidate requests from the sales team.
* Confirm orders with clients and schedule and coordinate delivery with warehousing and logistics.
* Execute sales order on the system.
* Coordinate with Logistics and accounting teams for delivery, invoicing and payments
* Follow-up on the delivery to ensure smooth process and timely delivery to clients.
* Follow up and collect receivables and payments with the accounting department.
* Proficiency in sales software
* Bachelor's Degree, Sales, or a related field.
* English Communication Skills.
* Well Organized.
* Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
* Accuracy And Attention To Details
