Padel Club Manager - Beirut, Lebanon

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and address any member concerns or complaints promptly
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the padel courts and surrounding facilities
• Ensure all equipment and amenities are in optional condition
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance and supply of equipment
• Recruit, train and supervise staff including coaches, and administrative staff
• Develop work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment
• Manage membership services
• Oversee member engagement activities
• Plan and execute tournaments, leagues and special events to promote the club
• Collaborate with local organizations and sponsors for event partnerships
• Manage event logistics, marketing activities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
• Utilize social media and other digital platforms
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and manage the budget of the Club
• Monitor revenue expenses ensuring financial targets are met
• Handle invoicing, billing and inventory count
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business administration or a related field
• First aid and CPR certification
• 5 to 7 years of experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools
• Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
