Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:
o Enter financial transactions into accounting software and databases.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial activities.
2. Accounts Payable:
o Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare payments.
o Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
3. Accounts Receivable:
o Generate customer invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
o Follow up on overdue invoices and assist in collections.
4. General Ledger Maintenance:
o Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
o Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
5. Financial Reporting:
o Prepare and distribute routine financial reports, such as expense reports and balance sheets.
o Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
6. Clerical Duties:
o File and organize financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
o Handle routine correspondence and administrative tasks related to accounting.
7. Customer and Vendor Interaction:
o Respond to inquiries from customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account statuses.
o Resolve any billing or payment issues promptly and professionally.
Educational Background:
• An associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
