Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our management team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of taking charge of various situations. The responsibilities of this role are diverse and may evolve based on the needs of the brand and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management
Manage office supplies and other essentials.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
Manage office communication.
Support in office activities and events as needed.

Client Management
Take care of any clients’ needs.
Maintain and organize the merchandising area.
Ensure marketing materials are available and displayed effectively.

Executive Support
Create and manage hotel bookings and travel arrangements for management.
Manage personal diaries and schedules for management.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.


Brand Support
Upload images and manage content for retailers.
Perform minimal website upkeep and updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Familiarity with basic website management is a plus.
