ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant IT Operations Management:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:
o Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT operations management solutions and their application in real-world scenarios.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in related technologies.
2. Sales Support:
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
o Assist in developing proposals and technical documentation to support sales opportunities.
3. Customer Engagement:
o Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their IT operations challenges and requirements.
o Provide technical consultation and guidance to customers during the pre-sales phase.
o Address technical inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues.
4. Solution Design:
o Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements and align with best practices.
o Create detailed technical specifications and solution blueprints.
o Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical content and collateral for promotional activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on IT operations management.
• Strong understanding of related concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
