Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as waiters/waitresses for our vibrant rooftop summer bar. As a key member of our service team, you will ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience amidst stunning views and a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, using a POS system.
Deliver orders to the table promptly and accurately.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
Collaborate with other waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service.
Address guests' needs and preferences to provide a memorable experience.
Upsell additional products when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations.
Adhere to all relevant health department regulations.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Customer-oriented approach and patience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team spirit and willingness to learn.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
