About Us: We are launching a new and exciting food brand and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive or Sales manager to join our team in Beirut.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our brand in the Beirut market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a fixed salary and a generous commission structure that increases with your experience and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and target potential clients in the Beirut market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Present and promote our product range to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Follow up on deals and manage the pre-order process.
Create and manage sales routes to optimize client visits and deliveries.
Develop and implement strategies to introduce the brand to the market effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of the Beirut market and local consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in Arabic and English.

Compensation:

Fixed salary.
Attractive commission structure that increases with experience and sales performance.
