Zod Security, a leader in the security industry, has a job opening available for a Customer Success Advocate based in Dbayeh, Lebanon. The successful candidate will be part of the sales force team.

Responsibilities

-Works one-on-one with clients to build strong relationships
-Aims to improve client retention and sales growth
-Identifies and assess customers’ needs
-Handles customer feedback and provides appropriate solutions / alternatives
-Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers
-Meets customer service team sales targets
-Keeps records of customer interactions and file documents
-Coordinates with the administration and the after-sales department

Qualifications

-Degree: Bachelor Degree
- Personal Skills: Good communication, high common sense
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, IMS
- Languages: Arabic & English are a must; French is a plus
