Job Description

 Complete restaurant’s opening, running, and closing procedures as per standards using the respective checklists
 Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, including cash and credit cards
 Maintain a clean, neat, and organized Cashier counter area
 Handle cash responsibly, including processing transactions, making change, and ensuring cash drawer accuracy in coordination with management
 Print out and distribute guest (table) bills as required in coordination with the waiting team
 Demonstrate professionalism in addressing customer complaints or concerns, promptly relaying feedback to management
 Attend and participate in briefings and other meetings as scheduled
 Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
 Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
 Uphold a high level of accuracy in recording and reconciling daily sales
 Follow restaurant’s cash handling and accounting procedures meticulously
 Continuously monitor and promptly report any discrepancies or cash shortages to the management team

Job Requirements

 Minimum of a High school degree is preferred or equivalent
 2-3 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a similar concept
 High commitment to ethics and confidentiality
 Team player
 Highly motivated, willing to follow instructions
 Good multi-tasking skills
 Attentive to details
 Able to cope well under pressure
 Friendly and patient
 Customer service-oriented
 Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems
 Cash handling experience and basic math skills
 Ability to sit for several hours
 Neat, clean, and well-groomed
