Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Maintenance Coordinator located in Beirut. The Sales and Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for handling the maintenance team and technicians in the company. They will direct the team on tasks, assign locations, and manage client interactions regarding issues or inquiries. Additionally, the coordinator may engage in cold calling to generate sales opportunities.



Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the maintenance team and technicians, providing clear instructions on tasks and locations.
Handle client inquiries and problems, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
Conduct cold calling to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Train and guide customers on product/service usage and maintenance.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Supervisory skills to effectively manage maintenance activities.
Proficient in maintenance management techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in the elevator and escalator industry is a plus.
Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to travel if required
