Key Responsibilities:

-Meet with customers to understand their evolving needs.
-Assess the quality of the company’s relationship with customers.
-Promote a customer-focused culture in sales and marketing operations.
-Develop sales strategies based on results, marketing plans, and trends, including customer segmentation and priority targets.
-Participate in main contracts and negotiations for major customers.
-Create new opportunities within the covered zone.
-Support sales activities by strengthening relationships with major accounts.
-Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls.
-Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
-Coordinate with Marketing and Finance departments to review terms and conditions of contracts.

Requirements:
-Three to five years of experience in a sales position within the automobile spare parts and accessories industry, wheels, or a similar industry.
-Bilingual (English and Spanish).
-Ability to travel frequently to different destinations.
-Extensive experience in CRM software.
-Lebanese (dual nationality/European or USA/Canada preferred)
