Under Najjar Professional Solutions we provide a high quality coffee portfolio (Café Najjar, Gia & Ilgustino), Krikita Nuts and Cookers/Byte sweet and savory specialties that could be enjoyed and savored at out of home locations, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), offices and institutions.


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales (on-trade), excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development. This role requires a professional who can manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales quotas.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/On-Trade Department
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Living in Bekaa
