CUSTOMER SERVICE - BYBLOS

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at Detay SAL located in Jbeil. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role will involve engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing assistance.

Shift Overview:
Night shift, 9 hours/shift, different shift timings are available
Working days: Monday to Friday
Office presence is mandatory
Salary in USD + benefits including transportation and insurance

Qualifications
• Fluency in English - Native English speaker Level - is a must
• Preference is given to those living in Jbeil and its surrounding areas
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively
