We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team
This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in the food and beverage sector.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG food and beverage sector.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
