Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist
Location: Ainab, Lebanon (On-site position)
Our company is seeking a skilled and innovative Graphic Designer with expertise in social media marketing to join our dynamic team at our office in Ainab, Lebanon. This is an on-site position, ideal for candidates residing in or within commuting distance of Ainab, including areas such as Qabrshmoun, Bchamoun, Baisour, and Aytat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and create compelling visual content for various media platforms
• Develop and implement cohesive social media strategies
• Design engaging marketing materials, including social media posts and advertisements
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print channels
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and reach
• Execute targeted social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and current best practices
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and successful campaigns
• Excellent visual and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred:
• Relevant certification or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Basic knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS
