·Travel Management: Arrange Director's travel for business and personal trips, including flights, visas, and accommodations.
·Visa Procedures: Handle visa applications for Managing Directors.
·Booking Coordination: Manage bookings for accommodations and exhibitions.
·Payment Coordination: Work with accounting to issue payments and reconcile monthly invoices.
·Travel Research: Provide detailed information on travel destinations, including weather, vaccinations, exchange rates, and activities.
·Meeting Organization: Manage diaries and schedule meetings for Managing Directors.
·Car Management: Ensure annual renewal of car registrations and insurance for the Director's personal cars.
·Insurance Claims: Submit claims and coordinate with insurance companies with the Administration Manager.
·Contract Renewals: Coordinate contract renewals and residence permits for personal helpers, preparing documents before deadlines.
·Document Management: Maintain records of company shareholders, properties, and lands in both soft and hard copies.
·Bank Account: Assist in opening personal bank accounts for Managing Directors and prepare necessary documents.
·Email Monitoring: Oversee Chairman’s email inbox and act as needed.
·Account Management: Manage Chairman’s personal accounts using the accounting system
